This is "Brutus" at 4 months old, our black copper marans foundation breeder. We aquired him at 4 weeks old in June of 2008. He was hatched from a hugh and very dark egg from a grouping of "1 hen from Bev Davis, a Ron Presly Rooster and 2 imported hens of copper black marans French Lines".
This is one of our black copper marans hens from the C1 Wade Jeane line.
